HOOSIER TIRE WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA IN CONJUNCTION WITH BIG DADDY'S SPEED CENTER TO PRESENT "PEDAL DOWN" HARD CHARGER AWARD AT 2026 HOVIS RUSH LATE MODEL FLYNN'S TIRE/GUNTER'S HONEY TOUR EVENTS

(Pulaski, PA)...The Hovis Auto & Truck Supply RUSH Racing Series presented by Born2Run Lubricants is pleased to welcome Hoosier Tire Western Pennsylvania in conjunction with Big Daddy's Speed Center as a new corporate marketing partner for the 2026 racing season.  The Grove City, Pa. based business will present the popular "Pedal Down" Hard Charger award at all 2026 RUSH Late Model Flynn's Tire/Gunter's Honey Touring Series events in addition to being a supporting sponsor across all five of RUSH's divisions.  Hoosier Tire is the "Official Tire" of RUSH and has been the only approved tire for competition since the inception of all of RUSH's divisions.

The "Pedal Down" Hard Charger will award a $100 gift card from Hoosier Tire Western Pennsylvania/Big Daddy's Speed Center to the driver that passes the most cars in the feature at each RUSH Late Model Tour event.   Tiebreaker for most cars passed from their initial starting position will be the highest finishing driver.

There will be an open house at Hoosier Tire Western Pennsylvania/Big Daddy's Speed Center this Saturday (February 28) from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.  There will also be more than $2,000 in prizes given away.  RUSH Racing Series representatives will be on hand in addition to vendors such as Hovis Auto & Truck Supply, Hoosier Tire, Sunoco Race Fuels, Bicknell Racing Products, and more. 

On December 9, 2025 Hoosier Racing Tire appointed Hoosier Tire Western Pennsylvania as its newest authorized distributor to serve racers across western Pennsylvania and northeastern Ohio.  The western Pennsylvania and northeastern Ohio territory was acquired from Hoosier Tire Mid-Atlantic, previously operated by Chris Archer and the Hoosier Tire Mid-Atlantic.  Hoosier Tire Western Pennsylvania will build on that legacy of support for grassroots racers throughout the region. 

Hoosier Tire Western Pennsylvania is owned and operated by Ryan Hall, owner of Big Daddy’s Speed Center in Grove City, Pa.  Big Daddy’s is a family-run speed shop that has specialized in performance and racing parts for more than two decades and is well-known to racers across western Pennsylvania.  Hoosier Tire Western Pennsylvania will supply tires for Asphalt Oval, Circuit Racing, Dirt Oval, Drag Racing, Karting/Quarter Midgets, Off Road, Pro Street and Rally applications. 

The Hall Family has been involved in racing for three generations, and Big Daddy’s has been serving the western Pennsylvania racing community for more than 25 years.  This new partnership with Hoosier gives them the opportunity to support even more racers with the tires they need to compete and win, from local dirt tracks to asphalt ovals and road courses.

Big Daddy's Speed Center was established in 2022 by Rick Hall, a veteran Big-Block Modified racer.  Hall built the business into a pillar of the local dirt track racing community and provided auto parts, tire expertise, and race car support for decades.  Ryan Hall, a third generation racer, took over the operations in 2019 following Rick's passing after a six and half-year battle with cancer. 

Moyer joined Big Daddy's Speed Center in 2024 following a rich and diverse background of more than 30 years of experience in the tire industry as he developed a comprehensive understanding of tire manufacturing, retail, and distribution.  Moyer now leverages his deep industry knowledge and extensive relationships to grow and retain B2B customer accounts, build partnerships with racing teams, retail tire shops, and tire manufacturers, and guide market development and customer engagement strategies.
